Cuphead is one of my favorite indie games. It features the vintage rubber-hose animation style inspired by early Disney cartoons, paired with gameplay that pays homage to classic run-and-gun shooters. Drawn to both its art and mechanics, I built this arcade peripheral for Switch 1. The design blends rubber-hose aesthetics with dramatic stage styling, and its logo uses the initials of Contra as a nod to legendary shooter games. Playing Cuphead inside this retro arcade shell amplifies that nostalgic vibe perfectly.
